Karpel Solutions is happy to announce the addition of Codie Basse to our team as our Helpdesk Supervisor. “Codie comes to us from a Managed Service Provider in Florida”, states Tony Morris, Vice President of Karpel Solutions. “He managed a staff of 18 engineers there which is similar to the size of our Help Desk. He has already implemented new procedures to increase the efficiencies of our team.” Joe Carosello, Karpel Solutions Director of Operations, was excited about Codie coming on board. “We interviewed several good candidates, but Codie’s attitude, background and technical experience made him the best choice for us.” Codie is a Veteran having served in the Army. He enjoys reading, sports and spending time with his 5 year old daughter and his wife who push him to be the best version of who he can be.
