LOUIS, MO- Effective June 1, 2026, GFI Digital has acquired iNSIGHTbyKarpel (“iNSIGHT”), the IT managed services division of Karpel Solutions. The acquisition allows iNSIGHT customers to benefit from GFI Digital’s service offerings and regional presence while ensuring seamless continuity. Karpel Solutions will continue to focus on the growth of their industry-leading PROSECUTORbyKarpel and DEFENDERbyKarpel software.

While ownership of the iNSIGHT division is changing, the service and relationships customers rely on will remain the same. Current agreements, pricing, support processes, and primary points of contact remain unchanged.
