The year is off to a brisk start. While the temperatures outside have been below average, things at Karpel have continued to heat up. We’ve added new people to the organization to go along with our growth. In addition to three new help desk technicians and a new Field Engineer, we have a new Director of Operations and a Help Desk Manager.
Joe Carosello has rejoined our organization as Director of Operations. Joe originally started at Karpel in 2011 as a Field Engineer. He worked on a variety of projects and was our lead engineer on Office 365 when he left Karpel in early 2017. In his current role he coaches our team of technicians, architects new projects and plans the overall technical strategy for Karpel.
Deana Woldanski joined our Help Desk team in January of 2017. She has worked in technology for several years and quickly became a leader in our organization. In her new role as Help Desk Manager she works with our extensive team of helpdesk technicians to manage the day to day service tickets. She works closely with Joe to ensure timely resolutions to helpdesk support issues.
